Der Super McProper Plus zeichnet sich durch die Verwendung von wenigen Dichtungen aus. Die der Chemie ausgesetzte Hauptdichtung (zwischen Behälter und Sprühkopf) ist aus einem Spezialkunststoff der in der Beständigkeit dem Sprühkopfmaterial ebenbürtig ist. Zusammen mit dem flexiblen, speziell beständigen schwarzen Ansaugschlauch (gibt es nur bei Birchmeier!) resultiert die sehr gute Beständigkeit des Super McProper Plus gegenüber mineralölhaltigen Lösungsmitteln resp. Multiölen.
